Delete your Deko account

Account deletion is built into the app, takes effect immediately, and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open your Profile → tap the gear to open Settings → Account → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, library, rankings, takes, follows, waitlist entry, avatar images, and our analytics profile of you are all permanently removed.

Without access to the app

If you can no longer sign in, email support@deko.watch from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We verify ownership of the address before deleting.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account: profile and avatar, lists and episode progress, rankings and scores, takes, follows and followers, invite redemptions, and the waitlist entry that holds your email or phone number. Nothing identifying is retained after deletion.
